When are packages and mail delivered to 乐播传媒?

Various carriers - USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL- deliver mail and packages to the college Monday through Friday anytime between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.

How do I know if I have a package ready for pickup?

Policies for packages received by the 乐播传媒 mailroom:

• Staff logs packages into our mail system.
• After logging in the parcel, staff emails students at their 乐播传媒 email address to notify them it is ready for pickup. 
• Students must present their student IDs to the mailroom staff to pick up packages.  

NOTE:  Parcels are NOT ready for pickup until the mailroom staff sends an email notification.
